Healthier Lifestyle Routine

We recommend at following the below guidelines for a healthier living:

Drink 1 liter of water early in the morning. Optionally you can add
Apple Cider Vinegar
Cayenne pepper
Raw organic honey
Fresh Lemon or Lime juice

Drink vegetable juice and give a gap of 30 minutes for each 8 oz consumed.
Have a healthy wholesome breakfast with enough water and give a gap of 2 hours before you consume plenty of water or any other food.
Keep drinking liquids every 15 minutes until 30 minutes before your lunch.
After a wholesome lunch and enough water, give a gap of 2 hours again before more water and food.
Drink fruit juice and give a gap of 30 minutes for each 8 oz consumed.
Eat dinner atleast 2-3 hours before sleeping.
Soak all your grains, seeds, nuts, legumes, lentils over night before you consume for better bioavailability of vitamins and enzymes

Consume sugar alternatives and get rid of refined sugar. Example
Dates
Dried figs
Dried raisins
Raw organic honey (uncooked)
Dried mulberries
Fruits

Add the following into your daily diet
Soaked raw almonds
Sprouts (mung beans are the tastiest – give example of sprouts chivda)
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Add smoothies and juices into your daily diet
Eat more alkaline food read more.
Eat more probiotic rich food (yoghurt, or fermented food)
Power balls made with ground sprouted nuts and dates.
Yoghurt Drinks (yoghurt, water, himalayan salt, lime, curry leaves, ginger)
Green tea
Herbal tea
Honey lemonade
Detox waters
Cilantro
Coconut Kefir
Hemp
Chia
Flaxseed
A variety of legumes, nuts, seeds and lentils and dried fruits
A variety of grains like millets, amaranth, buckwheat apart from whole wheat and white rice.
